• Wedding trip timeline

• Communication with designated travel agencies/vendors

• Final site visit 2-3 days before wedding

• Vendor/venue contract review and negotiations

• Vendor coordination (officiant, rentals, florals, décor, music/entertainment, photography/videography, lighting, audio visual, wedding cake, stationary, favors, transportation, security, hair and makeup, etc.)

• Wedding website recommendations

• Wedding Rehearsal (up to 1 hours)

• Ceremony, cocktail, and reception management

• Travel and hotel accommodation management 

• Day of team and event assistant(s).  Wedding team based on estimated number of guests and location(s) of wedding

• Day of coordination
